I think your math is off I can run a mini fridge with 2 100v panels with 2 100ah batt. Buy the biggest charge controller You can afford by the most amount of batteries you can afford then add the panels as you go The panels will add up to suit your needs to replenish power on demand

You DRASTICALLY over estimated the power requirement of a mini fridge. I have a larger dorm refrigerator with separate freezer and it averages about 18 watts an hour over a 24 hour period (about 450wh a day). It does jump up to over 100 watts surge during compressor start up, but quickly drops down to 40-50 watts. The compressor is off a lot of the time.

Is it possible to hardwire the 1000W or 2000W inverter to the battery of the car,..to constantly charge any battery or power station while driving ?

I have owned several of these and have learned one very important thing. Yes they will seal but the vacuum seal will fail after a short time. It might seal for 1 to 6 months but the seal will fail. These small vacuum sealers just down have the high enough vacuum power to seal really well. I'm not the only one that's learned this, look on RUclips and see for yourself.

After vacuuming, is it recommended to store in refer?

The only thing is that this one only fits jars. I had this one before and didn't like how it doesnt tell you when its done? :/ I got this new one called vidavac that is also compatible with bags and containers that is pretty awesome! It also auto-stops when the sealing is done.

The "regular" lid jars must be really tiny.

Re. your battery wiring, it would be slightly better to take the negative to the wall off the other battery. (I.e. positive to battery one, negative to battery two.) With lead it was really important, but even with LiFePO4 it will help both batteries share the work more equally.

The hotplate may be fine in an emergency. How long are you going to need to use it? It doesn't take an hour to fry some eggs or heat a few cups of water. It may not be the most efficient solution, but solar and a $30 hotplate may be available and safe and good enough.

Should i use less water in dough ? Because i heard cooking in solar ovens requires less water ?

One thing that might be good to pack into these is a handful of Vitamin tablets to have with each meal. Maybe even use Vitamin C gummies as a fruit snack alternative.

You could add a pop tart in there and have a 2 meal more.. add an extra coffee or hot chocolate. The dollar tree has crackers that are individually wrapped you could add with it. Also zip fizz it’s a water flavor enhancer but has added vitamins.
